Welcome to The Academy of Palm Desert Community Presbyterian Church!

I am so excited that you are considering our preschool as the place for your child to grow and learn! If you choose The Academy as your “school home”, my desire is that your child grow to love his/her preschool class and come home talking about all the wonderful things they learned throughout the day. Our program offers a wide variety of academic experiences and works to instill a love of Jesus Christ into the hearts of our young students.

Our preschool teachers are qualified and trained in early childhood education. At the Academy we strive to ensure that your child's educational journey is a positive learning experience that heightens their curiosity. We offer Abeka curriculum combined with a center driven, play based learning environment. We encourage and challenge your child to learn all about the world around them. Our academics focus on language arts, math, writing, art, science, social skills, and Bible. We also offer daily enrichment activities as part of our curriculum such as Chapel, Sign Language, library, music, and Chapel Lab. In addition to this, we offer after school activities such as cooking, dance, and music & movement.

As the director of The Academy, I am committed to ensuring your child the least restrictive learning environment in a safe and nurturing school setting. As the director of the Academy, a grandmother and early childhood educator. I am proud to be affiliated with Palm Desert Presbyterian church and school.
